Who processes the data

The controller is me, Rastislav Tinák, working under the Vyskladané brand. For anything that concerns your data, write to tinak@vyskladane.com.

What data and why

I only process what you write into the form or into an email yourself.

• Name, so I know who I am replying to.
• Email or phone, so I have a way to reach you.
• What you need and what stage it's at, meaning the options you checked.
• The text of your message, if you write one.

I use the data only to answer your inquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, meaning steps taken at your own request before a contract is concluded. Providing the data is voluntary, but without contact details I have no way to reply.

Do not put national ID numbers, health data or passwords in the message. I do not need them for a quote.

How long I keep it

If nothing comes of the collaboration, I delete the inquiry and our correspondence no later than 12 months after the last message. If we do work together, I keep the data from the contract and the invoices for as long as the law requires. For accounting documents that is 10 years.

Who helps me with it

I do not sell the data and I do not pass it to anyone for marketing. It only reaches the companies that the website and email could not run without.

• Cloudflare, Inc. receives the submitted form, delivers it as an email and protects the website against attacks. It does not store the inquiry itself.
• Hetzner Online GmbH operates the server the website runs on. The server is in the European Union.
• Google Ireland Limited operates the mailbox the inquiry arrives in.

Cloudflare and Google may also process data in the U.S. Both companies take part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has recognized as providing adequate protection.

What this website does not do

• It does not track visits. There is no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other tracking code here.
• It does not store advertising or analytics cookies, which is why you will not find a cookie banner here.
• It does not load anything from third-party servers. Fonts, scripts and the images from Instagram are stored directly on my server.
• It does not make automated decisions about you and does not build a profile of you.

Two technical exceptions, for completeness. On every visit the server logs the IP address, the time and the page opened. This is for security and troubleshooting (legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), and the logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. When a visit looks suspicious, Cloudflare may set a short-lived technical cookie that tells people apart from bots.

Your rights

At any time you have the right to:

• know what data I hold about you and receive a copy of it,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have data I no longer need erased,
• restrict the processing or object to it,
• have the data transferred to another provider.

Just write to tinak@vyskladane.com. I will reply within 30 days at the latest, usually by the next day.

If you think I am not handling your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky), Galvaniho 7/B, 821 04 Bratislava, Slovakia. I would appreciate it if you contacted me first. Most things can be cleared up with a single email.

Effective date

This policy takes effect on September 29, 2026. When a change to the website affects your data, I will update the policy and change this date.
